Public Observatory Event

The public is invited to view Saturn at the Missouri University of Science and Technology Observatory. Saturn will be near its highest elevation in the south and be well positioned to see its rings in high contrastThe sky must be clear for observing and session length will vary. Each observing session is open-ended. Children are welcome to attend but must be accompanied by an adult. All visitors must be able to ascend a short set of stairs to view the object through the telescope. To be added to the event reminder and cancellation notification email list, click here.

Need to have the 16in telescope next time and possibly relocated it in due time. Too much light in the current location. Still cool to see Saturn and fun to meet new people and I appreciate the staffs time.
