Stay Strong, Stay Healthy

Register Before April 10th! Employees, retirees, and community members are all invited to participate in this eight week strength training program. It can get your fitness journey (re)started, right on campus! Participants will be guided safely by a trained instructor through warm up, 8 muscle strengthening exercises and cool down. Geared toward older adults or sedentary middle-aged females who want to improve strength, balance and flexibility. All equipment provided. (Points: 100, Cost: $50)
