The Fall 2017 Student Art in the Library Exhibit

The Fall 2017 Student Art in the Library Exhibit will be open from October 30th – December 8th on the second floor of Curtis Laws Wilson Library. The exhibit jointly sponsored by Curtis Laws Wilson Library and the College of Arts, Sciences, and Business feature 53 works of art by 28 student artists. A broad range of mediums are represented including glass, acrylics, oils, mixed media, and digital art.

A reception will be held in the library on November 1st at 4 pm to honor the artists. Prizes will be awarded. Judging is done by selected members of the Art in the Library Committee and Orval Reeves. Mr. Reeves is a local Rolla artist whose paintings have hung in the White House, Governor’s mansion in Missouri, Bank of California, and private collections around the worlds.
