Dr. Michele Barbato, professor of structural engineering and structural mechanics in civil and environmental engineering at the University of California, Davis, will present on “Wildfire risk assessment and mitigation approaches for the built environment.” The talk is scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, Sept. 6 in room 312 Butler-Carlton Hall (Needles Room).
