Sleep is essential to your health and next week you can earn prizes for practicing better sleep habits. The S&T Sleep Challenge kicks off Sunday, April 21, and will run through Monday, April 29, on the BetterYou app. Throughout the challenge, you will see your personal sleep progress as well as the campus community’s progress. Those who have improved the most will be entered to win prizes.
