The book and lyrics for the musical are written by Taylor Gruenloh, assistant professor of theater, and the music is written by Dr. Kyle Wernke, assistant professor of music.
Cascade’s Fire tells the story of a young woman who returns to her old university to investigate the mysterious death of her ex-girlfriend. Unsure of who to trust and who to help, she finds herself trying to uncover a conspiracy that could burn the whole town to the ground.
Tickets are $15 for the public and $10 for Missouri S&T students with a valid S&T ID. The show contains mature content and adult language and is recommended for audiences ages 17 and over.
Tickets can be purchased 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday from the Leach Theatre Box Office, located inside the main entrance to Castleman Hall, facing 10th Street. Tickets can also be purchased online at leachtheatre.mst.edu or by calling 573-341-4219. Service fees may apply to tickets purchased online.
