Celebration of Nations
Celebration of Nations, established 2010, showcases Rolla's cultural diversity and brings together our local and international population for a fun-filled day. Join us for a parade, festival and talent show.
The parade begins at 11 am and hosts participants carrying flags representing more than 80 nations, marching bands and animals starts on the S&T campus and continues through Rolla Street, then Pine Street before ending at the festival near the Rolla downtown bandshell.
The festival (12-4 pm) features vendors and volunteers who offer a variety of international food and affordable handmade crafts. Join us for camel rides, cultural activities developed to delight children and adults. Get your facsimile passport stamped from representatives of different countries so you can receive a Global Diplomat certificate.
Celebrate Talent (1-3:30 pm) features a variety of performances - songs, dance, and spoken word. Bring a blanket to enjoy this international talent show, bringing rich talent rarely seen in the Ozarks.
