DESCRIPTION:The S&T ADVANCE Program will host a one-hour faculty developmen
 t workshop led by Dr. Sharon Walker\, dean of the College of Engineering a
 t Drexel University\, during the afternoon before her public presentation 
 as part of the Chancellor’s Speaker Series on Wednesday\, Jan. 31. It is
  open to all faculty. It will be particularly relevant to associate and fu
 ll professors.\n\nDuring Walker’s presentation\, titled “Charting your
  Course: Designing Your Academic and Professional Life with Intention\,”
  she will guide faculty as they brainstorm and identify tangible steps to 
 leverage their strengths\, lean into their interests\, and set their profe
 ssional journey towards their goals with intention.\n\nThis workshop is de
 signed to help faculty identify opportunities of interest to them and to c
 onsider if\, how\, and when to step into a leadership position. For more i
