Kummer Student Programs hosts Peter Heerboth of San Jose, California, who recieved the Alumni Achievement Award in October 2024. Heerboth joined Apple as a software engineer in 2003 and holds 15 patents for his work, including as co-inventor of AirDrop. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science in 2003.
