Join Student Well-Being in free, beginner-friendly yoga sessions this semester open to all students! All sessions will be held from 4:00pm-4:45pm in the Fitness Center Multipurpose Room. Upcoming dates are below. A limited number of yoga mats are available. Attend just one or attend them all. We hope to see you there!
