Dr. Pablo Sobrado, the Richard K. Vitek/FCR Missouri Endowed Professor of Biochemistry, will present, “Molecular Mechanisms of Flavin‑Dependent Enzymes in Drug Inactivation, Plant Metabolism, and Dehalogenation.” Research in his laboratory focuses on elucidating the chemical mechanisms and 3D structures of flavin-dependent enzymes, as well as identifying inhibitors.
