Greek Academy Registration is open now! Student Involvement has established this leadership/skill development initiative, setup like a conference specifically for Missouri S&T fraternity and sorority members. Greek Academy is Saturday, February 8, 11:30AM-3:30PM in the Havener Center. Education sessions throughout the event will be facilitated by Headquarter professionals, Greek Alumni, Campus Greek Life professionals and Greek student leaders that have been selected as peer mentors, called Greek Captains.
The full program details will be sent out a week prior to the event with full session details, each session has a recommended audience/audiences. There is something for everyone and with lots of sessions to choose from, you decide what you would like to attend! Attendees will also have the opportunity to network and build connections with other Greek leaders and future leaders at the FREE networking Brunch provided at the beginning of the event.
New Member Sessions: New member educational sessions are for newly initiated chapter members to go through an experience focused toward fostering growth, creating understanding, and empowering our Greek community.
Emerging Leader Sessions: Emerging leader sessions are for students interested in becoming future chapter leaders and want to learn about themselves, and grow their leadership skills.
Chapter Officer Sessions: Chapter officer sessions are for executive members/officers to give them the necessary skills to be more successful leaders within their respective chapter. We want to ensure chapter leaders feel better equipped and prepared to take on their positions.
