Introduction to Supervision and Leadership Role Transition is designed to facilitate understanding of the transition to a supervisory or leadership position and the balancing and changes that need to occur as one progresses in their new role.  Some topics covered include: transitioning perspective, managing relationships, transition conversations, getting results, leading your team for results, working with other teams for results, and delegation.  This training can be taken as a stand alone but is also one of the modules of the S&T Supervisory Foundation Training Series.  Registration in Percipio is required.
