Introduction to the UM System Compensation Program is designed to facilitate understanding of the compensation system.  Some topics covered include: UM compensation philosophy, UM compensation objectives, global grading system, job families, job code detail, classification process, and S&T pay ranges.  This training can be taken as a stand-alone but is also one of the modules of the S&T Supervisory Foundation Training Series.
