This course will be delivered by Dr. Susan Murray, interim vice provost for online education and covers the basics of project management. Participants will be introduced to project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. The unique challenges of managing a project team are included.

The course concludes with monitoring
cost, schedule, and performance during the life of a project.

Course begins May 30, 2023, lasts six weeks, and includes an estimated 8 hours of work. 
Learners will receive 1 CEU for completion of this course.

This course is offered at no cost for interested employees and is part of the individual excellence track of the S&T Leadership Development Program.
