 ecade of experience to his role. Formerly a tenured associate professor at 
 Sun Yat-sen University and an assistant professor at City University of Hon
 g Kong\, he also served as a research associate at Los Alamos National Labo
 ratory. Dr. Zhou earned his Ph.D. in nuclear engineering from Purdue Univer
 sity in 2010. His research interests encompass multiphysics nuclear fuel pe
 rformance\, accident-tolerant fuels\, multiphase heat transfer\, nuclear th
 ermal hydraulics\, severe accidents\, and reactor safety.
