This is the foundational offering of S&T's Leadership Development Program. This workshop provides participants with a self-assessment of their communication and work style utilizing the DiSC assessment.

The workshop sessions build to recognize communication and work styles of others to improve communication and outcomes.

This workshop will be held the following Wednesdays in February and March from 11:00am-12:30pm in 115 Centennial Hall :

• March 5
• March 12
• March 19
