The Mathematics and Statistics department in the College of Arts, Sciences, and Education will be hosting a Pre-Pi Day celebration this Friday from 10:00 AM to Noon in the Meramec-Gasconade room in the Havener Center. We would love to see your smiling faces!  

Dr. Xiaoming Wang will give an “Introduction to Pi” at 10 am. They will also have 7 graduate students who will present posters of their mathematics and statistics research starting at 11 am. The event will feature a Pi prize drawing and other Pi-related trivia and activities. Join us anytime for pie and coffee/tea!
