RESPOND Training for Supporting Campus Mental Health

Student well-being will present a University of Missouri System-licensed program, RESPOND, to train faculty and staff on how to recognize and provide initial assistance to people with mental health concerns. Register online for one of two sessions on either Monday, July 10, or Monday, July 24.  Both sessions will be held from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. in St. Pat’s A of the Havener Center.

The RESPOND program was developed by Dr. Christy Hutton, assistant director for outreach and prevention in counseling services at the University of Missouri-Columbia, with the support of the UM System Board of Curators.
