Dr. Ah-hyung "Alissa" Park will give a talk titled, "CO₂ Utilization and Storage via Carbon Mineralization and Enhanced Extractions of Alkaline Metals and Rare Earth Elements from Unconventional Resources." 

Park is the Ronald and Valerie Sugar Dean of the University of California, Los Angeles Samueli School of Engineering and a professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering at UCLA.
