Come join the Staff Success Center for the relaunch of our Supervisory Foundation Training Series! Whether you're a new supervisor, a seasoned pro or someone who is wondering if a supervisory role is for you, these sessions and modules can help develop or hone your supervisory skills!

Our first session of the series is designed to facilitate understanding of the transition to a supervisory or leadership position and the balancing and changes that need to occur as one progresses in their new role.  Some topics covered include: transitioning perspective, managing relationships, transition conversations, getting results, leading your team for results, working with other teams for results, and delegation.  This training can be taken as a stand alone but is also one of the modules of the S&T Supervisory Foundation Training Series certificate program.
