Join the Staff Success Center for the relaunch of our Supervisory Foundation Training Series! Whether you're a new supervisor, a seasoned pro, or someone who is wondering if a supervisory role is for you, these sessions and modules can help develop or hone your supervisory skills!

Our third session of the series is designed to facilitate understanding of the UM System compensation program. Some topics covered include UM compensation philosophy, UM compensation objectives, global grading system, job families, job code detail, classification process, and S&T pay ranges.

This training can be taken as a stand-alone but is also one of the modules of the S&T Supervisory Foundation Training Series certificate program.
