She says: "I graduated from Missouri S&T in December of 2017 with a degree in Environmental Engineering and a minor in Spanish. I currently work for Garver in Little Rock, Arkansas as Project Engineer on our Hydrology & Hydraulics team. During college I was a Chi Omega and also spent much of my time with Engineers without Borders. I studied abroad in the spring semester of 2016 in Beauvais, France (just north of Paris)." About her semester in Europe, she adds: "When I was considering going abroad, I was worried about all the things I would miss during that semester at college but it turns out study abroad was one of best experiences I could have had in college. I studied in France but lived in a dorm with students from all over the world. We shared food and traveled together. We learned about each other's homes and our new home for the semester. We experienced a different approach to school and gained experience that we would not have gotten without study abroad. "
