Unconscious Bias in the Workplace is an introduction to understanding and identifying unconscious biases that are common and impactful in today’s world. We will look into the effects of these biases on work culture, and introduce the policies and practices that define and benefit the supervisory relationship. Topics covered will include identifying personal bias, the impact of bias in supervision and hiring, and mitigating bias in the workplace.  This training can be taken as a stand alone but is also one of the modules of the S&T Supervisory Foundation Training Series.
